BACKGROUND/HISTORY...In years past he has performed in Boston (his home area) at The Latin Quater, Stuebens, Mayfair, Show-Bar, Shamrock Villiage, etc; he formed "The Tempos" (vocal/show group) & was signed to a personal management contract by "Rocky Marciano", then MCA of NY, & also Capitol Records. Recorded many hit's including "See You In September". Performed for /with such stars as; Ann-Margret, Julius LaRosa, LouAnn Simms, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr, Bill Haley, Elvis, Paul Anka, Bobby Darin, Norm Crosby, The Crew-Cuts etc; Hosted "Live TV shows in Florida, and nightly Radio Shows in Daytona Beach & Cocoa Beach, from his own Night-Clubs, interviewing NASCAR Drivers such as A.J. Foyt, Mario Andretti, Cale Yardborough, Buddy Baker, Freddie Lorenzen, & on & on. Also formed the popular "Frankie & Freddie" music/comedy team in Florida.

SINGER...Fanciful images unfold in the minds of the audience as he sings the wonderful words and magnificent melodies recognized here and around the world...the soft and sensitive, the humorous and homespun, the rhythmical and raucous. A storyteller supreme, Frankie Burke uses dramatic narrations and apprising vignettes about tunes and their composers to breathe life and greater meaning into many of the songs in his vast repertoire.
MUSICIAN...There is no end to the creative, colorful orchestral backgrounds that he himself develops with his powerful partners..the MIDI-based array of synthesizers/keyboards and the variety of powerful computer programs that he has mastered. His skillful pianistic ability, whether applied to live performance or studio programming sessions, allows him to create a mood to fit any musical setting.
FLOOR SHOWS...Frankie relies on his broad experience and superb talent to produce his own shows. Always has! In fact, 10 or 12 different "Floor Shows" are ready to go at any time...complete with synchronized orchestral backgrounds and lighting effects..and don't forget the prop's ! Audience participation bits are skillfully worked into his shows too.
Writer/Producer...Frankie can also write original material for any event...for any season...any theme. With his vast private library of reference material at his fingertips, he can draw upon many years of experience and his creative imagination to originate and put together spectacular, entertaining musical programs for...Conventions...Trade Shows, and any other "Special Event".
CURRENTLY...Appearing with his son "Paul Burke", on drums. Paul is one of the very best musicians Frank has worked with. The timing, sensitivity & "flash" of this young man is captivating. They have been performing together now for 14 years & their repetoire is vast & covers all styles of music. A must hear.

April. 17, 2008 thru Dec. 17th 2008......Beacon Resort, Rt. 3, Lincoln, N.H. 603-745-8118...(nightly: Grease Show every Sunday, Mamma-MiaShow every Wednesday, Disney Show on Fridays...Off on Monday & Thursday July & August only) Have been performing here for last 32 years.
March 7-21st ,2008 at the Beacon Resort.. 8PM daily....?Burke & Burke? playing for dancing. , plus Irish Show.
